Equipment
- 1 ziplock bag
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk powdered milk - enough to make a cup
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
At Home
- Combine dry ingredients, place in a zip-lock bag
In Camp
- Soften butter and stir in dry ingredients; add water. Form into flat thin patties. Fry in a pan of hot oil until both sides are golden brown

This is a quick and easy meal. This takes just a few minutes to make.
