Equipment

  • 1 ziplock bag

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn meal
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk powdered milk - enough to make a cup
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

At Home

  • Combine dry ingredients, place in a zip-lock bag

In Camp

  • Soften butter and stir in dry ingredients; add water. Form into flat thin patties. Fry in a pan of hot oil until both sides are golden brown

Notes

This is a quick and easy meal. This takes just a few minutes to make.
