Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • 9 x 12 Baking Pan lined with parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Craisins
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup M&M candies optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingradients in a large bowl and mix
    1 cup Craisins, 1 cup peanuts, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup M&M candies
  • Press into the bottom of the baking pan
  • Cover and refrigerate
  • Cut into bite size pieces
  • Store in an air tight container
