sugar, splenda, or swerve
Instructions
Peel the mango and then cut it into cubes, Slice the bananas 1/2 inch peices, remove the strawberry stems then cut them in half.
Add fruit, lemon juice, and sugar (optional) to a blender. Blend until smooth
Using a paper towel lightly spread a thin layer of oil on the fruit trays.
Pour the blended fruit onto the fruit trays. Spread the fruit evenly and about 1/4" thick.
Set in dehydrator and dehydrate for 4 to 6 hours
When firm, carefully remove the fruit by peeling it away from the tray. Using a pizza cutter, slice the fruit into strips and roll them.
Notes
Start with a ripe mango, 2 bananas, and strawberries
add sliced mango to the blender
next, add the bananas
finally the strawberries
Blend until smooth
pour on the fruit trail to make an even layer
Dehydrate until dry
Store your Rotolis in an air-tight Tupperware-type container.
