Fruit Rotoli

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb strawberries
- 1 medium mango
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp sugar sugar, splenda, or swerve
Instructions
- Peel the mango and then cut it into cubes, Slice the bananas 1/2 inch peices, remove the strawberry stems then cut them in half.
- Add fruit, lemon juice, and sugar (optional) to a blender. Blend until smooth
- Using a paper towel lightly spread a thin layer of oil on the fruit trays.
- Pour the blended fruit onto the fruit trays. Spread the fruit evenly and about 1/4" thick.
- Set in dehydrator and dehydrate for 4 to 6 hours
- When firm, carefully remove the fruit by peeling it away from the tray. Using a pizza cutter, slice the fruit into strips and roll them.
